I made this account just to ask you folks about this problem.

First, this isn't my first build. But for how simple this things design is, it's giving me a big head ache.
The sound that is coming out of my synth is VERY quiet. I have to max out my speakers and my mixer just to hear it faintly. The hum from the speakers is louder. Its wired right and the circuits are all properly installed. I checked that stuff like 10 times or better now.
I DO believe its in the wiring because when I touch a pot, you hear it sounds get slightly louder. But not by much.
I have replaced my jack and grounding wires. and no go. I don't things the chips are burned out because I still get some sort of sound from them. I have followed the MFOS site for trouble shooting, but when I check the chips for the simple wave forms. I get next to nothing. If I do the whole circuit bending thing where I touch the bottom of the board with my hands I get normal sound.
Basically, I think it is a grounding problem. But I cant trace it. Ive even tried grounding it to the back of my mixer and still no luck.
Any suggestions?

Explain how you get good sound by "circuit bending" the board with your fingers, I am not following that.
