Cycle Story Lyrics

After tonight's Game Show, I shared our Lyrics thread (nearby in Schmooze) with my co-host Sunshine. She really liked the lyrics and had a suggestion. She said why not write one stanza of lyrics and then the next person writes the next one and so on, creating a cycle story of lyrics?

I replied that we used to do that with "cycle stories" back in college. One friend had an electric typewriter that ran on batteries and printed out on paper. (they were a transition between typewriters and computers in the 1980's). The first person wrote a paragraph, then passed it to the next person who wrote another and so on. The more we drank the funnier it got, into the wee hours of the morning.

So why don't we give that a try? Rules: must stick to one topic and write one stanza per post. In honor of Sunshine, I choose the topic to be: "Sunshine". Here, I'll start.

You bring joy into my life
A great friend you've been to me
Let's share good times eternally

Haha, you thought this thread was dead, yet I breathe new life unto it this Thanksgiving morning! Below are lyrics that need completion. The story goes that two internet friends meet up after all those years apart and it turns out to be on the deathbed of one of them. They both celebrate the moment. That's the theme anyway but this is a cyble story so take it wherever you wish.
