How about an add-on touch screen?

which I think is sadly not made anymore. Curious how Microsoft suck at software, but usually manage to make pretty decent hardware (an old force feedback steering wheel comes to mind).

fwiw, I'm a trackball person too, an ancient Logitech Trackbal marble to be precise.

(and my only mouse is made by Microsoft!!)
