September 2026 Equinox Concert

Yes, that’s a good point.

Right now the signup page and the forum thread are separate, so someone can sign up through Emily and appear on the schedule without also posting their information here in the thread.

After this event, the plan is to move Emily over to the electro-music.com server. Once it is there, we should be able to integrate it much more closely with the forum and make the performer information flow more naturally between the signup system and the event thread.

I’d like to preserve the useful parts of the old thread-based signup — things like website, gear, comments, and other performer information — while still keeping the automatic scheduling and poster features that Emily provides.

So for this event there may be a few people on the schedule who signed up directly through the page, but improving that integration is one of the things we’ll work on afterward.

BTW: have you forgotten to put the poster on:

because that's where I link to on social media etc...

only the banner is there ???

EDIT: I added the image

Sorry that I will miss the show and chat as I have another commitment this afternoon.

Now that summer and all it entails is over and life will get back to whatever it is, will be getting back to the synths very shortly.

Hope the show is great as always, and looking forward to getting back into electro very soon.

Hello,

Just a quick note to thank everyone who participated in the electro-music Equinox Streaming Event.

Also, thank you for trying out the new signup process. Since this was the first event using the prototype system, it was not yet tightly integrated with the forum. We’ll be working on that before the next event, with the goal of making the whole process smoother and more seamless for everyone.

Thanks again for taking part!
