Dream Time - with Joel Sutton
As some of you probably know I am very passionate about ambient music and I listen to quite a lot of it. Especially releases from net labels and people in and around the Still Stream community.
So one day it occurred to me to find a way to share these great tracks. Especially with some of my local friends who aren't connected to this world. Originally I experimented with mixlr but that presented a few problems technically. I soon worked out that standard ShoutCast streaming was much friendlier for everyone. Dream Time sat on the shelf for a while until I turned up here.
Recently I've been raiding the open port (when most of you are asleep I suspect ) and broadcasting a few of my favorite ccommons ambient tunes. Here's a recording of last nights broadcast.
At the moment Dream Time doesn't really have a dedicated time in my schedule. Am not sure when / if that will be able to happen. So for now it's a bit of an ad hoc show (until someone complains that I'm hogging the open port ).
I hope you enjoy the mix.
Cheers, Joel...

Cool stuff Joel!
One question though: did these artists give permission to air the music on this station? I don't want this lovely place in legal troubles. _________________ Weblog!

Episode 5
For the next few episodes I'll be featuring some long form tracks from the Complex Silence series. To kick off I've included one of my own releases under the Crystal Dreams flag from Complex Silence 19. Happy dreams.
This episode I have another long form piece from the Complex Silence series. A track by a personal favorite artist of mine, Tange. Tange also has a radio show on stillstream.com which airs weekly. It's definitely worth checking out if you enjoy this podcast. Happy dreams.
A quick tangent away from Complex Silence this week to celebrate the new commercial release of Peter James's new Landfall release on Relaxed Machinery. Dream well.

Hey there Dream Time listeners,
I'm sorry I've been a bit slack with posting the episodes here in the forum. I'll catch up over the next few days.
I've been spending all my dream time project time on moving over to a new podcast host. Unfortunately I outgrew podomatic very quickly so I'm now on a paid service on podbean. Basic service but with unlimited bandwidth. Should do the trick.
Please note that the site and feed urls have changed:
