I think some of my music may be electro-music after all!

dernu

I was despairing that "none" of "my music" "is" "electro-music," since it's mostly traditional-format songs, which anxieties @mosc encouraged me to set aside & post anyway, but then I realized I was thinking too narrowly about what my music is... I've made all sorts of odd bits and bobs over time for various purposes. I'll post a few of them in this thread. Here is "fish beeps," a track meant to loop & provide ambiance for a fish-themed academic VR data visualization experience (not mine, I was just acting as a volunteer sound designer for it).

Thanks everyone for being so welcoming ^_^

Sounds electronic to me alright Smile

And despairing - yeah .. people have that Laughing

One of the key things for this forum imo is the diversity in making music, it does not even have to be electronic for me to be fitting here .. it does not even have to be music for me to be fitting here ..

but I would like it to have an experiment of some sort or another in it .. like in the case of the track you posted the uses of echo .. for instance.

And whether I would like or not - that is a second .. but at least I'll want to hear it .. or I could not make up my mind .. could I?

Anyway, I can hear this working for a fish or under water scene, it sounds nice too Smile
