hi.. im lab_ / or martijn

come from holland/eindhoven
currently full on (and so for 3.5 years) maxmsp freak, MN1 user/abuser . dx7/dx200
(i'm really into FMsynthese)

i like experimental music, (noise, soundscapes, drones, but also terror and breakcore)

and i like making software (in max..) .. trying to find new or cool ways to handle digital synthese (fm/feedback and offsprings of those)
currently working on the slowness of changing algorithms that creates FM.-stacks. .. and animating those.. (little hard to describe)..

i really like the MN1 for creating evolving landscapes / layers.. and plugging the yellow /red/blue cables where they (haha) don't belong!! let those red lights flicker!

intro modus off..

Welcome Martijn,

sounds good, I guess you mean NM1 where you said MN1 ... the cable colors seemed so familiar :-)

Glad to have you here.

If you like experimental electronic music, then you are at the right place. Smile

There are a few MAX/MSP users here. It's a great program. I wish I had time to jump into it.

Heya LAB_,

the never-ending stream of Dutchies entering the forum is unbelievable!

I'd be really interested in hearing your music, do you have any online?
You can post attachments (20 MB total limit I believe) here on the forum as well.

And welcome!
