Subject description: no audio output on channel B

I was about to finish calibrating my VCA yesterday and when I powered it up channel B was no longer outputting audio signals. I followed the audio input to pin 14 of the lm13700, but there is no audio output at pin 9 or pin 12. Channel A works just fine. I did have to swap the 2K trimmer before this because I originally had the wrong value in place. Now I wonder if the IC was damaged from that replacement. Do you guys think its possible that half of the IC is cooked, or should I try to troubleshoot somewhere else in the circuit?

Thanks!

I don't think you could hurt the IC by having a wrong trimmer value in it, and I don't think the odds of damaging half an IC are very high.

My bet is a bad connection somewhere.

Good luck
Gary
