Just finished my first WSG and while it seems that everything is working, I can't hear much unless I put it through a amp or something to really push the gain. It barely registers on my DAW meters otherwise (passing through an unbalanced line input).

Just curious if this is normal or if there's something in particular I should check. Love it!

as with other synth gear, you need an amplifier to play it.

I've experienced odd issues with mine as well. I can ruun it through a little battery operated toy guitar amp/speaker and it rocks. Run it into a mixer, and I have to crank the preamp gain way high to get any kind of level out.
Say what? I would have expected the opposite.

Danno Gee Ray I've seen that happen too and I can't explain it. Maybe something to do with impedance?

Don't know. I love it all the same. Guess it's one for the EE's to puzzle out.
