Hi, I want to finish my Wall wart power supply however I only have 1N4007 diodes. Can I use these in place of 1N4004.

I am using a 15V supply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

They will work fine. Looking at the datasheet, the difference between the 1N400x type diodes is the peak repetitive reverse voltage rating, 1N4004 is rated for 400 volts, 1N4007 for 1,000 volts. You should be good to go Smile
