Adsr problem: Not working attack, decay and release pots

Hello,
Please I need some help! I´m building a small MFOS modular synth at +/-12 with original pcb´s and kits from bridechamber. At the moment I've built 1 vco, 1 dual vca and 2 adsr´s and I have same problem in both adsr´s! : does not work attack, decay and release pots, the others controls no problem (I guess) output level, sustain pots and the manual gate button works, all parts and soldering are ok, ic´s and diodes oriented correctly, tested as well with an sh101 and same problem, I can play notes but not working attack, decay and release.
Any idea what´is wrong?

I think you could try building the ADSR module on a copperless breadboard, it would be easier to correct mistakes and you have a better overview what could be wrong. I´m writting down the scheme for the ADSR in a couple of days, you could do the same as well and compare the schemes. However I don´t understand how you managed to test the ADSR, when you havn´t build a VCF (filter)?
