Hi,

Just wondering if I can substitute the LM386-4 for the LM386-1 (that I have on hand) for the Ultimate's Expander Module(s). If I recall the 386-4 are rated at 24v... the 386-1 at 15v (I think). Is this to cause an issue? The Expander does run at 12v?

Thank you

Hi -
The 386-4 should work just fine for you.

Can't wait to see your build!

Hi Bruce,

Can it work the otherway around? I meant to use the LM386-1 instead of the LM386-4.

And yes the build is going nicely. Can't wait to have this one finished!
