I would like to add an audio input for the wsg? I was looking though the pics on MFOS site and found one of a wsg that looks like a input and ring mod.

Can anybody direct me to any information regarding this type of add on / build?

HI, I built that one.

If I remember right, there are two holes to the right of c6. I sent the output of the preamp to one of those holes. I think through a .1 uF cap. The ring mod was of the classic transformer diode variety.

SWEET Build Todd,
So you went straight from pin 6 of the LM741 through a .1uf cap? And bypass R12 and C6?
this wasn't for for an input was it? I'm still learning and a bit confused.
Is there any chance of a diagram, if you have the time.
Thanks for your Reply
Mick

Here's the two pads to add an input to the WSG filter. On mine I had a preamp before it, for guitar or microphone. I used a minimal version of a Craig Anderton preamp from one of his books.
