Hey Rob - Loved #32.

Must admit, in the opening when you said, "..hello.." there was a split second where I started to look around the room! lol

Hopefully!

Meanwhile we had an opportunity to jam a bit ... I'll post it here once I got the ends trimmed off.

modulator_esp · Posted: Sat May 08, 2010 10:04 am Post subject:

I could transmit it tonight at 22:00 GMT, if there is nothing else on

22:00 is Chez Mosc time, maybe after that?

tonight's show is going to be very minimal, just the vss-30, px3, dd-20 and ipod for samples

We interrupt this thread to bring you a special announcement: Tonight's Les Hall Show will feature a tribute to Jez. There will be an hour of music using a wacky electronic thingie as Jez likes to employ, and possibly some vocals from me in a fake British accent, eh whot? Plus: a special message for Paul... Be sure to tune in.

Well, Episode 35 nearly didn't happen, due to tiredness I managed to get my ports confused and couldn't get connected. Luckily, I realised my mistake and found the right port and the show was finally broadcast just a little late.

As I was tired I had already decided to only use a very minimal setup, which was vss-30 sampler, px3 effects, dd-20 looper and ipod touch apps for samples

I used a 16 second panning loop, so the set is in very swirly rotating stereo

I had had a fun night out the night before at an improv jam session called Quadelectronic and this informed the more experimental parts of the set

Many thanks to everyone who listened and joined in the chat
