Hello! I'm putting a few links to some of my tracks.I hope to get some feedback/comments/advice/opinions/questions all are welcome
My stuff has hints of my influences late 70's/80s/90/00 electronic music, ranging from Jarre/Numan/YMO to Orbital and H.I.A.
Should be some new ones online next week and a revised version of one (Afterglow -please wait for the revised version).
These are a few I hope you like:
Direct links to the tracks, play and/or download:
First one is a kind of sci-fi film vibe. It's about viewing the beauty of the universe from a orbiting satellite...
Satellite Souvenir
Next up is Hidden Frequencies. This track is about the sounds your brain creates in between sounds, kind of sonic interpolation verging on entrainment. There are two VERY different version of this track I've done. The Space Lounge version is a stripped down cooler re-working replacing everything beats, leads etc.The searing leads of the original are replaced by piano lines. In the original the beat keeps fairly constant while everything changes round it.I'm particularly happy with the ending section of the original btw.
Here they are.I recommend you play the original(2004 version) first then the Space Lounge version to hear the re-working.
Hidden Frequencies (2004 version)
Hidden Frequencies (Space Lounge version)
Looking forward to your feedback...

Hey, I guess this one got missed out.
This is all good stuff. Nice, tuneful, well produced electronic music.
I much prefer the 2004 version of Hidden Frequencies to the Space Lounge version. For me, the repetition somehow seems much more obvious in the lounge version (something to do with the piano?) and this detracts from it somehow.... maybe the piano provides an opportunity to develop the core themes more? Dunno. The 2004 version is fantastic. Sleek and powerful. Excellent. Loadsa detail. I'm gonna keep this one around on my walkman for sure.
Don't like Satellite Souvenir quite as much but this is probably just a stylistic thing. Still has great sounds and lots of mood. Again, it's really descriptive and musical which sustains it well through repeated listens.
