New Ambient/Soundtrack tune is here!

Lars

Hi again!

Just finished my new track "Imperium Titanis". It's actually an older song which i reworked and modified so that it is more epic, darker and that it sounds more warlike, even though some passages are Ambient. Basically, some elements of the first half are what I used as a basis for this one.

I'm very interested to read what you think about it because it took me a lot of time *phew* Wink

not to forget a proper link:

I like this one. It's trancy. Very nice mood. The drums don't push me away like dance music sometimes does, but there is a powerful persistent beat. The ambient parts are nice too and they make good contrast to the percussion.

Nice one... Worth the time, thanks.

Hi Lars

This is a well-produced track but doesn't do a lot for me. For example, for the first six minutes or so it just kind of repeats the same three notes. It's very dark and would be good for setting a dark mood in a computer game or film or whatever but in my opinion doesn't stand up to listening to on its own.

Having said all that, it is very dramatic, what with the deep drums and strings and such, and has very nice-sounding and well-chosen instruments.

Cheers

Dovder
