An electronic synthetic mutilation of the original Doors' song.

Listen to it 2 (or 3) times before passing judgement Razz .

The last free Jack Dark track.

Well, I've listened to it several times and my verdict is the same as the first time.

This is definitely a Jack Dark track. You have one of the most unique sounds I have ever heard. Shocked

The song is excellently produced, brilliantly weird and bears no relation I can perceive to the original. There's no way I can criticise the execution of this track as to my ear it is faultless.

I do enjoy it but I don't think I would listen to it that much. I would have to be in a Jack Dark kind of mood.

I missed this one when I was visiting Gloucester, or I certainly would have commented on this.

Outstanding. I love this. Very strange. I can't criticize this becasue it defines an original style. Still, the beat seems to regular. Yikes, I just did what I said I wouldn't do. Anyway, to vocal part is superb, as is the overall feel and texture.

bravo

Thank you for your compliments! Finding my own unique sound is something I vie for intentionally. Especially in relation to each album having it's own sound (this song will be part of an upcoming collection of EPs and singles). I'm glad you found the production to be adequate. People have told me it's mixed like crap, and others have said the polar opposite. I guess it's all in the ears then? Anyway, again, thanks for giving it a listen! Very Happy

Thanks a lot! I chose to keep the basic beat conventional (despite it's sporadic combfiltered granular affections) to offset the more offbase elements of the song. A purposeful dichotomy of sorts. You're the first person to comment on the vocals, and I'm glad you liked them! I find doing vox the be the most difficult aspect of creating my music. It's very hit or miss, and I'm afraid I usually miss more than I hit. Again, thank you for your compliment and for giving the track a listen. Very Happy
