Hi Limp,
Does your pcb come with the programmed pic, parts list, instruction manual etc. I may be interested.
Regards,

Hello !
I built the midibox CV ... andit is great !!!
8CVs / 10 Gates / Synchro Start/Stop / Clock output etc etc
http://www.ucapps.de/
There is alos this cheap version that works very well http://www.acoupel.com/
(click on the midi/CV gate menu)
There is simple one ( 2CVs+ gate + rigger) and a bigger one ( 4CVs etc) |

| I've always been tempted to build the Midibox CV, but it all seems very confusing! |

Yeah looks really confusing.
It means i would have to build or buy a pic programmer and this is extra cost and time lol.
I dont really understand programming pics, but once i bought the kit i could build a whole lot more in the future...
Now you can see why im going round in circles lol |

The building is really easy. I replaced the DAC0831 by the cheaper DAC0832,
and the expensive/hard to find REF01 by a circuit based on a TL431. _________________ Sebo

I also builded the MIDIbox CV, first the version with discrete DACs (R2R ladder),
but the precision is not very good, especially for V/Hz. Recently I build the MAX525
one, and is great, but a lot more expensive than the MCV-628.
Both of them do their job, I will use the MCV-628 for my SoundLab, and the MIDIbox CV
for my modular. _________________ Sebo
